In the heart of the southern Extremadura lies a peculiar landscape spotted with holm oaks, where the days are cold and dry, and the nights are humid.

This contrast makes the Extremaduran range an ideal place for breeding the authentic Iberian hog, which during the mast season or montanera grows free, feeding on the acorns from the holm oaks.

These natural conditions give our Acorn-fed Iberian Products (ibéricos de bellota) an unrivalled juiciness and aroma.

We offer our clients a wide range of acorn-fed Iberian products, among which, the acorn-fed hams and shoulders with the Designation of Origin "Dehesa de Extremadura" are the most remarkable. These products always ensure the best quality.

We operate our own pig farms, allowing us to control the origin of raw materials and to assure that our products comply with the quality requirements demanded.
